Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Manufacturing Maintenance Technician located in Mesa, AZ. The technician will be responsible for maintaining and repairing manufacturing equipment, performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring smooth operation of industrial machinery. The role requires adherence to safety standards and effective communication with the broader manufacturing team to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency. Qualifications Proficient in Equipment Maintenance and Industrial Maintenance practices.Strong skills in Troubleshooting and resolving technical and mechanical issues.Experience in executing Preventive Maintenance and scheduling system checks.Skilled at Maintenance and Repair of manufacturing machinery and tools.Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.Strong organizational and time management abilities.Committed to workplace safety and compliance with safety regulations.High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications or associate degree in a related field are an asset.Previous experience in manufacturing or industrial maintenance is preferred.
