This role plays an important part in ensuring the office and facility environment meets high standards of excellence. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working hands-on while collaborating closely with facilities leadership and onsite teams.Responsibilities of the Office & Facilities Associate:Support daily office and facility operations, ensuring cleanliness, organization, and appearance meet company standardsPerform assigned maintenance, groundskeeping, and office support tasks as directedMonitor facility conditions and promptly raise questions or concerns to the Real Estate Operations ManagerMaintain productivity and quality expectations with strong attention to detailDemonstrate teamwork, reliability, and accountability as part of the operations teamParticipate in company sustainability, wellness, and community initiativesUphold company values including integrity, discretion, and excellenceRequirements of the Office & Facilities Associate:High School Diploma or equivalentStrong organizational and time-management skillsExcellent attention to detailGood hand-eye coordinationAbility to follow instructions and complete tasks accuratelyComfortable working onsite in a hands-on operational roleCompensation: $45,000 to $50,000 base + discretionary bonusesCompensation is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications.
