You must be available for the entire duration of the program.What You Will DoWork within our Shared Services Studio as a fully collaborative member of the team, participating in all aspects of the operations business such as HR, IT, Marketing and Executive Communications. Receive hands-on learning and collaborate with designers, architects, directors, and managers to gain real-world experience working within an architecture practice. Enjoy the rich culture of our office and firm through educational sessions and mentorship opportunities that include lunch-and-learns, lectures, project tours and vendor presentations. Your QualificationsYou are currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master's Degree in HR, Business Management, International Business Studies, or similar. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Work, and Outlook. Your Additional CharacteristicsDemonstrated leadership ability in school and/or community Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task Strong verbal and written communication skills Resourceful, self-motivated, enthusiastic team player Outstanding analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills How To ApplySubmit an online application including a resume and cover letter in PDF form.
