Since its inception in 2004, TMC has provided these services at landmark locations including Point72 Asset Management, The Baccarat Hotel and Residencies, The Aman New York, 1 Hotels, and Auberge Resorts.Position OverviewThe Hospitality Intern role is an in-person, temporary summer position with an expected 8-week duration. It is designed to provide exposure to the hospitality function within the facilities department of a large financial services firm. This role offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience while building an understanding of both the department’s and the role’s operation within the broader context of the firm. The position offers visibility into day-to-day hospitality operations and is ideal for someone with interest in gaining exposure and developing skill in delivering exceptional customer service to a client community.Key ResponsibilitiesThe following responsibilities and duties are representative and are subject to change at any time based on business and client needs at management’s discretion.Pantry/Coffee PointsKeep clean, tidy, and trash-freeStock snacks and beveragesEnsure coffee, cold brew, and water dispensers are functionalCatering SupportAssist with catering ordersMonitor conference rooms for leftover food to be clearedMedicine CabinetsEnsure cabinets on all floors are fully stockedMaintain stock in closet and notify mail room when supplies are lowConference Rooms/Quiet Rooms/Mother's RoomsEnsure cleanliness, tidiness, and proper arrangementCheck for stains on chairs and carpetsTurn off lights when not in useClean whiteboardsCopy RoomsMaintain cleanliness and tidinessRestock supplies as neededCollect and deliver mail to the mail roomNew Hire OnboardingSet up desks with water bottles, notebooks, pens, and fleece vests or jacketsLabel desk with employee nameQualificationsBachelor's degree in progress or completed no earlier than December 2025Strong organizational skillsExperience with and understanding of Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)Attention to detailAbility to multitask and prioritize tasksExcellent communication skills A proactive and team-oriented mindsetPrevious experience in a similar role is a plusCompensation: $28/hr***Transition Management is an equal opportunity employer.
