Barista

We are seeking a skilled and friendly Barista to join our team at Basecamp at Lightwell Hotel + Spa. The ideal candidate will have a passion for coffee and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.Responsibilities:Prepare and serve coffee, specialty coffee beverages, and other beverages to customers.Ensure quality and consistency in every drink servedPrepare and serve food to customers following the instructions providedTake customer orders and handle transactionsMaintain a clean and organized work environmentProvide excellent customer service and address customer concerns in a professional mannerManage inventory for BasecampRequirements:Prior experience as a barista or in a similar role preferredKnowledge of coffee preparation techniquesExcellent customer service skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentStrong communication and interpersonal skillsMust be able to stand for 6 - 8 hours per day, bend, stoop, crouchHandles cleaning chemicalsTip eligibleMust be 21 or older
