We are a team of resilient, forward-thinking innovators driving the AI revolution.Position Summary:Applied Digital is seeking a results‐driven Owner's Rep Mechanical Superintendent to monitor and provide expertise in mechanical construction operations on large‐scale infrastructure projects. As a direct representative of the owner in a field support role, this role is responsible for monitoring field execution of HVAC, piping, plumbing, and mechanical systems while ensuring strict standards for safety, quality, and schedule performance.Key Responsibilities:Manage day‐to‐day mechanical construction activities on siteOversee installation of HVAC systems, piping, plumbing, and related infrastructureCoordinate mechanical subcontractors, labor, and equipmentReview of mechanical drawings and specifications to ensure accurate executionDrive schedule adherence and resolve field‐level conflicts or issuesPartner with electrical and general construction teams to ensure trade coordinationLead site safety efforts and enforce safety protocolsSupport inspections, testing, commissioning, and system turnoverProvide progress reports and communicate risks and constraints proactivelyBasic Qualifications:7+ years of experience in mechanical construction with superintendent or lead supervision experienceStrong understanding of HVAC, piping, and mechanical systemsProven ability to manage subcontractors and field teamsAbility to interpret mechanical drawings and specificationsStrong organizational, leadership, and communication skillsWillingness to work onsite and travel as neededPreferred QualificationsExperience of data centers, industrial plants, or mission critical facilitiesKnowledge of mechanical codes and standards (ASHRAE, SMACNA, local codes)Experience supporting commissioning activitiesPrior work on large, fast‐paced construction programsPlease note that Applied Digital is currently unable to sponsor new applicants for employment authorization or provide immigration-related support for this position.
