Material Handler 2nd Shift

Job Description Position Summary We are searching for an experienced Material Handler in Faribault, MN. In this position, you will support receiving, dock put away, inventory movement, and general warehouse operations to ensure the right materials are in the right place at the right time. Assignments may vary based on business needs, training, and workload. Key ResponsibilitiesConduct material transactions according to production schedules and Epicor (ERP) system signals.Support receiving, dock put away, and internal material movement to designated locations.Read, understand, and follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) required to safely operate equipment and support production.Learn to pull, issue, and transfer parts within Epicor.Learn to operate and become certified on various forklifts and material handling equipment.Read and understand job travelers, sales orders, and systemgenerated workflow assignments.Perform cycle counts and support inventory accuracy.Clean, restock, and organize warehouse and material storage areas.Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient work environmentMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while following OSHA regulations, PPE requirements, and company policies.Qualifications & SkillsHigh school diploma or GED required.Ability to read instructions, safely operate equipment, and visually inspect purchased parts.Strong attention to accuracy, quality, and timeliness.Strong organizational and coordination skillsAbility to lift and carry up to 50 poundsCommunication skills, ability to read and write and understand plant directives in EnglishAbility to stand, bend, reach, and lift frequently throughout the shiftEmployment Type & CompensationFull-Time | Temp-to-HireCompensation: $20.00 per hourApplication Period: This position will remain open until filledWork Schedule2nd Shift | Monday – Thursday | 3:30 PM – 2:00 AMBenefitsMedical, Dental, and Vision Insurance401(k) Retirement PlanPaid HolidaysBereavement LeavePersonal AdvancementEmployer Information This position is being recruited by NCW on behalf of a client company.
