As the Director of People Operations, you will be an integral part of the team providing expertise in people and organizations to anticipate challenges, diagnose problems, prescribe actions, and lead programs that directly impact the organization's success. In addition, in this role, you will operate as the head of People for our office locations within the US and globally, ensuring influential people strategies companywide. As a Director of People Operations, you will: Protect employer’s interests by coordinating and overseeing the organization’s human resource functionality through program managers Provide guidance and interpret policy and procedure to ensure personnel actions, documentation and operations are in line with company standards Oversee the administration of human resource programs including, but not limited to: disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, and morale; occupational health and safety; wellness; and training and development Build and lead a high-performing team that delivers excellence to the business Drive and innovate HR processes and programs to improve efficiencies Maintain knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law; applies this knowledge to communicate changes in policy, practice, and resources You are a strong fit for this role if you have: A bachelor's degree or equivalent and 8+ years of progressive HR/People experience in a technology organization At least 3 years supervising a team 2-3 years of M&A and Private Equity experience preferred Sharp facilitation skills and comfort being in front of an audience Experience in a wide array of disciplines, including, but not limited to, employee relations, organizational design, performance management, and talent development Experience executing team strategies by analyzing organizational needs and setting goals to impact the business positively; ability to set priorities, stay focused, and manage time in a fast-paced environment Ability to establish strong relationships at all levels and across functions within the organization Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to organize and analyze Effective listener and persuasive communicator able to influence actions and outcomes Benefits: Competitive salary 20 Days of PTO (Paid Time Off) and 13 days of companywide holidays 8 hours to volunteer and impact the community Comprehensive benefits (Health/Dental/Vision/ 401K) The work/life set up you need to be successful.
