As a Licensed Benefit Advisor, your responsibilities include selling and enrolling retirees into appropriate insurance products, including but not limited to health, prescription drug, vision, dental plans, and advising Pre-Medicare eligible recipients of their options.What To ExpectA condition of employment as a Licensed Benefit Advisor is to complete a paid training course and pass your Life and Health Insurance exam. PAID Training: Receive comprehensive, structured training on industry regulations, product knowledge, compliance standards, and effective sales/consultation techniques.This is an intensive 7-day, hybrid licensing program. You will have five days of self-directed learning followed by two days of live instructor-led review to ensure you are fully prepared for exam success.Fully Covered Licensing Exam: Instant Teams will cover the required licensing exam cost upon passing the licensing exam.Bridge the gap between education and employment with exclusive post-licensing employment with Instant Teams as a Licensed Benefit Advisor.
