The site will hire engineers, EHS, supply chain, and operations staff in waves over the next 12 months. The intake cadence, hiring-manager rhythms, and vendor relationships you set up become the standard operating model for the site.โข Full-cycle recruiting for engineering, manufacturing, EHS, supply chain, and operations roles across the facility, from intake to offer.โข Hiring-manager partnership. You are the trusted voice in the room with stressed, accountable leaders who need to fill seats fast and correctly.โข Sourcing strategy across LinkedIn, ATS, and active outreach channels for highly competitive STEM talent in the Bay Area.โข Vendor and agency relationships, including coordination with the two contracted recruiting partners supporting the build-out.โข Candidate experience from first conversation through start date, in a high-volume, high-velocity environment.โข Offer negotiation in partnership with HR and hiring managers, keeping offers within budget and internal equity.๐ช๐ต๐ฎ๐ ๐ฌ๐ผ๐ ๐๐ฟ๐ถ๐ป๐ดโข 5+ years in corporate Talent Acquisition or search firm recruiting, with a track record across multiple corporate functions in competitive markets.โข Real experience recruiting technical and engineering roles. Familiarity with chemicals, semiconductor, or advanced manufacturing is a strong plus.โข Self-direction. You are the ground-floor recruiter and will operate without heavy infrastructure on day one.โข Calm under pressure.
