Machine Operator- 2nd Shift

*Machine Operator* We are seeking a skilled and reliable Machine Operator to join our team at Acucote, part of Fedrigoni Self-Adhesives. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining coating or converting machines within a dynamic manufacturing environment. You will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of machines, meeting production goals, and maintaining high-quality standards. *Key Responsibilities:* * Operate and maintain coating or converting machines in a manufacturing setting to ensure consistent production output. * Set up machines for production runs, including making necessary tooling changes and adjusting programming parameters. * Monitor machine operations to ensure quality, efficiency, and compliance with production specifications. * Perform routine maintenance and preventive maintenance tasks to keep machinery in optimal working condition. * Troubleshoot and resolve machine-related issues promptly to minimize downtime and ensure continuous production. * Adhere to all safety protocols and ensure a clean, organized, and safe work environment. * Collaborate with other team members to meet production targets and ensure adherence to company standards. * Follow work instructions and production schedules accurately to ensure efficient and high-quality production. *Skills & Qualifications:* * Proficient in materials handling and fabrication techniques. * Strong knowledge of tooling, machine operations, and programming. * Experience operating milling machines and precision measuring instruments. * Familiarity with hand tools used in machining processes. * Experience with operating stamping presses and related equipment. * Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to follow instructions accurately. * Strong problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues during production runs. * Forklift certification or prior experience is a plus. * Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. *Additional Information:* This job description outlines the primary duties and responsibilities of the position, but it is not all-inclusive.
