Travel Social Work - Licensed Clinical Social Worker - $2,286 per week

Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Licensed Clinical Social Worker Discipline: Social Work Start Date: ASAP Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Case Manager LCSW - Days - 40H, no weekends Will accept RN or SW INPT CM and EPIC experience 3YR experience required; will accept first-time traveler with inpatient hospital/acute care experience; EPIC charting preferred Start Date: 05/04/2026 Contract length: 13 weeks Shift/hours: 5x8 Days, Monday thru Friday block (08:00-16:30) License/certs required: MD LCSW or LCSW-C license required for SW and RN MD state license required for RN; BLS preferred Average Daily Census – 15 cases daily Patient Diagnosis - INPT case management providing and coordinating medical home care, placement & social issues-wrap around type services for safe discharges.
