Inventory Control Specialist

Inventory Control Specialist The Inventory Control Specialist is responsible for accurately storing, kitting, and moving materials to points of use, transacting materials through the ERP system, correcting discrepancies, communicating material placement and flow with Leads and Planners, monitoring shipping schedules, assisting with continuous improvement initiatives, and auditing inventory locations and product kits.Responsibilities:Accurately store, kit, and move materials to designated points.Transact materials through the ERP system.Correct any discrepancies in inventory.Communicate material placement and flow with Leads and Planners.Monitor the shipping schedule.Assist with continuous improvement initiatives.Audit inventory locations and product kits.Essential Skills:1+ year of inventory control experience.Strong computer skills.Proficiency in inventory management and control.Additional Skills & Qualifications:2+ years of inventory experience preferred.Ability to operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, and order pickers.Why Work Here?Enjoy comprehensive health benefits including Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance, along with a Health Savings Account with company match. Training may be required on the 1st shift or mid-shift, starting no later than 11 am.Job Type & Location:This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Minneapolis, MN.Pay and Benefits:The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $25.00/hr.
