Nightshift, Must have CT experience in an acute care setting. This position will do XRAYS, CT scans, and rotating weekendsEDUCATION:Equivalent experience will be accepted in lieu of the required degree or diploma.Graduate of a JCERT accredited program Broad-based knowledge of cross-sectional anatomy and physiologyAssociate's: Health Science or equivalent education/experienceOther: Graduation from an accredited Radiologic Technologist ProgramRad tech is 5-8 hour shifts, shift varied nights and must do rotating weekends CERTIFICATION & LICENSURE: ARRT - Radiography - American Register of Radiologic TechnologistsOR ARMRIT-Certified MRI TechnologistOR CRT-Certified Radiologic TechnologistBLS-Basic Life Support Healthcare Provider within 30 Days of hireCA Fluoroscopy licensesSpecial Requirements: Must be capable of and willing to perform routine x-rays, including portables in addition to CT scans.Competency on a GE VCT 64-slice CT scanner required. PREFERRED EXPERIENCE AS TYPICALLY ACQUIRED IN: Two years as a Radiologic Technologist performing general diagnostic imaging and one or more of the following modalities: Angio/Cath Lab, Computed Tomography, or Magnetic Resonant Imaging.Experience in an acute care hospital.For prompt and confidential consideration, please apply to the link below:
