Serving more than 100,000 organizations worldwide, the company supports secure digital and AI transformation across a wide range of industries.About the Opportunity:The Security Engineer supports sales and customer engagements by identifying technical needs, demonstrating security solutions, and helping customers and partners address complex security challenges. This role combines technical expertise with consultative communication to design tailored security solutions, manage proof-of-concept activities, and provide guidance throughout the sales process. The position plays an important role in helping organizations strengthen their security posture and adopt appropriate cybersecurity technologies.Responsibilities:• Collaborate with sales teams to identify and qualify potential customers and opportunities.• Demonstrate the organization’s portfolio of cybersecurity solutions to customers, prospects, and partners.• Educate stakeholders on security challenges, solution capabilities, and applicable best practices.• Conduct technical discovery meetings to understand customer requirements and business objectives.• Design and recommend end-to-end security solutions aligned with customer environments and needs.• Address technical questions and provide guidance on cybersecurity best practices.• Manage and support Proof-of-Concept activities, including technical planning, execution, and follow-up.• Respond to Requests for Information (RFIs) and Requests for Proposals (RFPs).• Maintain strong technical relationships with key customers and partners.• Keep customers and partners informed about emerging security technologies and relevant solutions.• Participate in cybersecurity events, demonstrations, and industry activities.• Collaborate with internal technical and sales teams to develop effective customer solutions.Requirements:• Minimum 5 years of experience in engineering and pre-sales or a related technical customer-facing role.• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.• Solid understanding of typical enterprise customer network environments.• Ability to design and communicate comprehensive, end-to-end security solutions.• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity concepts and security technologies.• Excellent written, verbal, communication, and presentation skills.• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value for diverse audiences.• Relevant certifications such as CCNP, CISSP, CCSA, or CCSE are preferred.• Ability to work effectively with customers, partners, sales teams, and technical stakeholders.• Eligibility to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.Pay Range and Compensation Package:• Estimated base salary range: $168,000–$198,000 USD annually.• Eligibility for additional compensation, including annual bonuses or sales incentives, based on performance.Equal Opportunity Statement: Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
