Part time Server (Experience Needed)

*Overview* We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Part-Time breakfast Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced dining environment. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for providing exceptional customer service and have a strong understanding of food and beverage offerings. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have an enjoyable dining experience, from taking orders to delivering meals with professionalism and care. *Responsibilities* * Greet and seat guests promptly, providing menus and information about daily specials. * Take accurate food and drink orders using Aloha POS or Micros POS systems. * Serve food and beverages in a timely manner while ensuring guest satisfaction. * Upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales. * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including bussing tables. * Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery. * Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly, adhering to cash handling procedures. * Ensure compliance with food safety standards and sanitation guidelines. * Address guest inquiries or concerns with professionalism, enhancing guest relations. *Skills* * Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction. * Experience with POS is preferred. * Culinary experience or knowledge of food preparation is advantageous. * Excellent time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks. * Ability to upsell menu items effectively to enhance guest experience. * Previous fine dining or restaurant experience is highly desirable. * Familiarity with food handling practices and safety regulations. * Basic math skills for accurate order processing and cash handling. * Experience in hospitality roles such as host/host is a plus. * Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
