InSite Engineering is growing and looking to add an experienced Water/Wastewater Project Manager to lead impactful municipal infrastructure projects that truly improve communities.This is a senior-level opportunity for a licensed civil engineer who enjoys owning projects end-to-end, building client relationships, and mentoring engineers - all within a values-driven firm focused on sustainable design and long-term partnerships.What You'll DoLead water & wastewater projects from concept through constructionServe as the primary point of contact for municipal clientsManage scope, schedule, budget, and qualityMentor junior engineers and technical staffCoordinate with regulatory agencies and ensure complianceSupport proposals and client presentationsWhat We're Looking ForBachelor's degree in Civil EngineeringPE license or possible EIT5-10+ years of experience in water/wastewater or municipal infrastructureProven project management and client-facing experienceStrong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
