The Dallas office is one of the standout performers with lots of room to grow with their mission critical and large commercial footprint.Job DescriptionPartner with Preconstruction and Legal on owner contract negotiations.Support Preconstruction with subcontractor coverage, drawing reviews, and participation in Owner/Precon meetings.Ensure timely buyout and execution of all subcontracts.Lead the team in developing an accurate, achievable construction schedule.Oversee the project schedule, updates, and on-site progress.Create and manage cost projections and track all project financials.Own overall budget performance, including change orders.Manage project closeout and ensure all AHJ requirements are met.Set the pace for the team by being present, supportive, and hands-on.Demonstrate professionalism, integrity, trust, and commitment at all times.Oversee quality, risk, safety, and compliance for the project and team.Select and/or oversee subcontractors through all project phases.Oversee issuance of subcontracts and purchase orders.Provide strong leadership to the project team and support Superintendents throughout execution.Ensure proper contract administration and secure all required permits and licenses.Communicate clearly and consistently with internal and external partnersMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
