Position SummaryThe Clinic Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of an outpatient our Ambulatory Surgery Center. This includes leadership across clinical quality, patient care delivery, financial performance, physician engagement, regulatory compliance, staff supervision, and facility management. This role ensures adherence to standards set by OSHA, The Joint Commission, and all applicable regulatory agencies.Shift: Mon-Fri (8am-5pm)Pay: $80,000 - $90,000Key ResponsibilitiesQuality Assurance & Patient CarePartner with physicians and clinical staff to ensure high-quality patient outcomesMaintain compliance with all federal, state, and organizational policies and proceduresPromote continuous improvement in patient care deliveryCommunication & Relationship ManagementServe as the primary liaison between the center and affiliated physician practicesMaintain professional and effective communication channelsCoordinate regular outreach and communication with local dialysis facilitiesSupport community education initiatives and outreach effortsStaff LeadershipOversee all aspects of team member management, including recruitment, performance evaluations, development, and retentionAddress employee relations matters in alignment with organizational policiesOperations & Equipment ManagementEnsure proper ordering, storage, and utilization of medical suppliesMaintain familiarity with approved product formulariesMonitor and ensure functionality and maintenance of all clinical equipmentFinancial OversightManage center budget and inventory levelsReview and present financial reports to physician partnersCollaborate with billing and reimbursement teams to support accurate and timely claims processingQualificationsActive Registered Nurse (RN) license in the applicable stateBachelor's degree in nursing or a related fieldBasic Life Support (BLS) certification requiredAdvanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred; required within one year of hire or promotionAmbulatory Surgery Center (ASC) experience preferredProficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
