The primary responsibilities include assisting clients with inquiries, managing client accounts, and supporting the financial advisors in all aspects of client relationship management while providing exceptional customer service. Additional tasks include coordinating client correspondence, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring seamless communication between clients and the advisory team. The role requires attention to detail, proactive problem-solving, and professionalism to enhance the overall client experience.QualificationsProven experience in Client Services and Customer Support, with a strong focus on maintaining client satisfaction.Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to handle client inquiries and provide tailored solutions effectively.Understanding of Finance or experience working within a financial services firm; familiarity with basic financial concepts is a plus.Proficient in documentation and record-keeping with excellent organizational capabilities.Self-motivated with a team-oriented mindset and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field preferred.Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software is an advantage.
