SSM Health Dean Medical Group in Waunakee, Wisconsin is actively recruiting a Family Medicine physician to join a well‑established, collaborative practice. This is an excellent opportunity for a physician seeking a supportive team environment and a balanced outpatient‑focused practice.
You will join a collegial team of five Family Medicine physicians and one Advanced Practice Provider in a busy, medium‑sized clinic with both established and new patient panels available.
Practice Highlights
Outpatient Family Medicine practice with phone‑only call coverage
Call schedule of approximately 7–10 weekday calls per year and 1–2 weekend calls per year
Large call group supporting work‑life balance
Collaborative, team‑based care model

The clinic offers on‑site access to multiple specialties, supporting comprehensive and coordinated patient care, including:
