Job Description Salary: $26 - $37 per hour DOECheck below to see if you have what is needed for this opportunity, and if so, make an application asap.Fusion Technologyis seeking dynamicCivil Engineersfor extended engagements onoverseasconstruction projects.Location: CONUS / OCONUS (Various Locations)Employment: 10-99 or FTE availablePay: $26 - $37 per hour DOEResponsibilities/Requirements:Demonstrates an understanding of design, installation, commissioning, and O&M of small to large government construction projectsExperienced in oversight of construction crews and inspection of civil construction in government greenfield and renovation projectsExperienced in design and design management to include development, reviews and updates, coordination, submittals, Requests for Information (RFIs), version control and storage, and reportingRespondents must be familiar with all aspects of a typical construction project lifecycle including integration; scope management; schedule; quality control and quality assurance; communications management; cost and change controls; risk management; stakeholder engagement; managing projects, teams, resources, and processes; and closeoutResponsibilities include civil construction design, design reviews and updates, coordination, construction monitoring and inspections, responding to RFIs, control and completion of assigned tasks ensuring consistency with project requirements, interfacing with, and providing subject matter expertise to, members of the project team (end user, PD and other government representatives, contractors, local workers, etc.)Candidates are accountable for the overall successful execution of assigned tasks and communicating with the Fusion Project Management Office (PMO) in meetings, reporting, and the timely escalation of project issuesResponsibilities also include the use and protection of classified materialRequires special training on general and project specific security requirements as well as specialty reportingRequired certifications:Minimum of bachelors degree in civil engineering.ActiveSecret or Top-Secretclearance.
