Automation Engineer
Job Description:Provide high level industrial programming, specifically in Vision Automation, Robotics, and PLCs. Required to interface with multiple automation systems and have a strong understanding on industrial communication protocols. On site installations with potential multiday travel will be required as needed. Regular customer communication to ensure clear expectations. Strong willingness to learn new hardware and software as ACI continues to build its hardware portfolio. Display commitment and passion for the success of the Applied Controls Inc. Solutions Department.Goals:Support the Applied Controls Solutions Department with technical capabilities in the programming of automated systems primarily focused on robotics and industrial vision systems. Support/manage the design, build, and installation of industrial equipment. Fulfill customer requirements for Factory Acceptance Testing of the installed systems.
