In this role, you will provide high-quality cleaning services to clients’ homes, ensuring a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment. We are looking for detail-oriented, reliable individuals who are committed to delivering exceptional customer service. We are currently seeking cleaners with availability in Tampa, Bradenton, and Ruskin, and weekend availability (at least one weekend day) is required. Prior residential cleaning or janitorial experience is preferred, but motivated individuals eager to learn are welcome. Requirements Must have reliable transportation (car) Must have a valid government-issued ID or driver’s license Must have a smartphone to use our booking app and clock in/out Must be able to pass a background check Prior cleaning experience is preferred but not required Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently Availability to work in Tampa, Bradenton, and/or Ruskin Weekend availability (minimum one weekend day) Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of residential properties, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitization Handle laundry and linen services as needed Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness throughout each home Care for floors using appropriate methods, including carpet cleaning and floor care techniques Ensure proper use and maintenance of cleaning supplies and equipment Provide excellent customer service by respecting clients’ homes and following specific instructions Follow safety protocols and proper procedures for handling cleaning chemicals and equipment Communicate effectively with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any special requests Preferred Experience Residential cleaning, janitorial services, or custodial work Floor care, carpet cleaning, and laundry services Hotel housekeeping or commercial cleaning experience Why Join WhiteStone Cleaning Co Flexible scheduling Competitive pay Opportunity to work independently while being part of a professional, growing team Supportive and friendly work environment If you are reliable, detail-oriented, and ready to provide top-notch cleaning services, we want to hear from you.
