As we continue to expand capacity and capabilities, we are building a high-performing leadership team to elevate brands and drive sustainable growth.Job SummaryThe Sanitation Operator supports Production by ensuring all tanks and production equipment are properly cleaned, sanitized, and staged for use. This role is responsible for operating key utility systems including the CIP Cart, RO System, Deaeration Skid, and for filling tanks with DA water and preparing the HLT (Hot Liquor Tank) to support production readiness.Key ResponsibilitiesCIP & SanitationPerform CIP and sanitation of tanks and production equipment per SOPsOperate the CIP Cart including setup, cycle execution, rinse steps, and verification activities as trainedEnsure tanks and equipment are properly labeled and staged after cleaningUtilities & Tank ReadinessOperate the RO System to support water supply requirementsOperate the Deaeration Skid to generate and deliver DA waterFill batching/production tanks with DA water per the production planHeat and maintain the HLT to support sanitation and production readinessGMP / SQF / Food Safety ComplianceFollow all facility GMP, SQF, and Food Safety Program guidelinesMaintain sanitary conditions and follow contamination prevention proceduresReport food safety or quality concerns immediatelyDocumentation & CommunicationComplete sanitation documentation (CIP logs, tank status, readiness checks)Communicate equipment readiness and escalate abnormal conditionsJob Location· Open to relocation to McKinney, TX.· Willing and able to be physically present on the production floor daily.Qualifications• Demonstrated ability & experience to perform this job at the level required for this role
