Customer Solutions Engineer
A company is looking for a Customer Solutions Engineer / GTM.
Key Responsibilities
Assist customers in evaluating, adopting, and expanding the product by translating technical requirements into practical solutions
Guide data teams through architecture discussions, product onboarding, and proof of concepts
Collaborate with sales, product, engineering, and customer success teams to ensure customer satisfaction and success
Required Qualifications
Technical fluency in SQL and Python basics
Experience with data workflows, cloud concepts, and security models
Hands-on experience with customer onboarding or solutions engineering
Familiarity with notebook tools like Jupyter or Databricks
Experience working with technical customers in a SaaS environment
