System Analyst

This position oversees and provides the analytical and technical expertise required to support the coordination, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) system and related processes within the Legal Operations function. The position is responsible for overseeing day-to-day system functionality, ensuring operational efficiency, and supporting ongoing maintenance of the CLM platform in collaboration with internal stakeholdersThis is a highly collaborative role that partners closely with Legal Operations and cross-functional teams to leverage data, systems, and operational knowledge in support of contract analysis, reporting (e.g., contract cycle time), and the implementation of best practicesThe position also includes day-to-day CLM system administration and ad hoc reporting.
