This position is responsible for inspecting materials and finished modular units to ensure compliance with company standards and applicable building codes prior to shipment.ResponsibilitiesInspect incoming materials for quality, damage, and code compliancePerform in-process inspections (framing, rough-ins, insulation, drywall, finishes)Verify compliance with IBC/IRC and state modular building codesConduct final inspections and generate punch lists when neededMaintain accurate inspection reports and documentationWork closely with production supervisors to resolve quality issues QualificationsExperience in construction, modular building, or related field inspection preferred but not required.Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
