Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for an Account Manager located in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. The Account Manager will be responsible for prospecting new customers, maintaining relationships with clients, coordinating with internal service teams to meet client needs, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring client satisfaction.Essential Functions/Duties of the Position90% New Sales – A “hunter” sales mentality prospecting new business in DFW areaProspecting, account management and customer service skillsBuild and maintain relationships with clientsFamiliarity with the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex marketAbility to work independently and as part of a teamManage account information within company Sales CRM software and MS OfficeIdentify and develop an in-depth understanding of each sales prospect, their buying and organizational influences and their decision-making processes.Seek new opportunities within existing clients for further account penetrationAchieve assigned sales quotaNetwork with business partnersQualified Candidates Will Have:MINIMUM 3+ years successful OUTSIDE sales experienceDemonstrated excellent prospecting, communication, telephone, and presentation skillsStrong account management skills and experience using Microsoft O365, Excel, Word, and CRM account management software.Results-oriented and entrepreneurial attitude to get the job done within expected deadlinesDesire for an autonomous work environment with strong training and support provided by our companyStrong interpersonal skills and professional demeanorHigh School Diploma and some college a plusReliable Vehicle and valid Driver’s LicenseGBS GROUP hires the highest quality individuals to serve our customers.
