We are currently seeking an Operations/Project Analyst, Junior to support our customer in Patuxent River, Maryland. The candidate will provide program support to the Operations Officer and assist with Operations Support, Communications and various other actions that support the overall goals of the Program Office. They will conduct organizational studies and evaluations, design systems and procedures, conduct work simplification and measurement studies, and prepare operations and procedures manuals to assist management in operating more efficiently and effectively.
Duties and responsibilities include:
Prepare meeting agendas, coordinate, and attend working level meetings
Prepare and distribute meeting minutes
Collect and distribute action items
Support planning activities
Develop, prepare, consolidate input and coordinate the production of briefs/presentations
High level of proficiency in Microsoft Programs to include Outlook, Word, EXCEL, and PowerPoint.
Communications
Aid in the development, coordination, and dissemination of Program Office communications
Required Education: Bachelor's Degree or allowable substitutions.
Required Experience: 0-3 years of experience
Desired experience includes:
Experience with DTS
Experience with APACS
Experience with NAVAIR Correspondence Manual.
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance. Due to the sensitivity of customer-related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.
