Job DescriptionWe are seeking a dynamic and hands-on HR Manager to lead and execute all aspects of the Human Resources function during a critical phase of growth. This role will serve as the primary HR leader for the organization, balancing day-to-day execution with building scalable processes to support future expansion.The ideal candidate is both strategic and highly operational for someone who is comfortable rolling up their sleeves while also partnering with leadership to shape the company's people strategy.Key ResponsibilitiesHR Leadership & StrategyPartner closely with executive leadership to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company growth objectivesServe as a trusted advisor to leadership on organizational design, workforce planning, and employee engagementBuild and scale HR processes, policies, and infrastructure to support a growing organizationFull-Cycle HR Operations (Hands-On)Own all core HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and offboardingAct as the primary point of contact for employee questions, concerns, and supportMaintain accurate employee records, HRIS data, and documentationTalent Acquisition & Workforce PlanningLead full-cycle recruiting efforts across technical, operational, and corporate rolesPartner with hiring managers on job design, interview processes, and hiring decisionsDevelop workforce plans to support rapid growth and evolving business needsEmployee Relations & CultureManage and resolve employee relations issues with professionalism and sound judgmentCoach managers on performance management, feedback, and conflict resolutionFoster a positive, inclusive, and high-performance culture aligned with company valuesCompensation, Benefits & ComplianceSupport and administer competitive compensation and benefits programsPartner with leadership and external advisors to ensure market alignmentEnsure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulationsDevelop and maintain HR policies and procedures to mitigate riskTraining, Development & PerformanceImplement performance management processes and toolsIdentify training needs and support employee development initiativesHelp build scalable programs that support employee growth and leadership developmentHR Analytics & ReportingTrack and report on key HR metrics (e.g., headcount, turnover, hiring progress)Use data to identify trends and provide actionable insights to leadershipAdditional ResponsibilitiesSupport equity program administration and documentationPartner cross-functionally with finance, operations, and external counselAssist with special projects related to company growth and organizational developmentQualificationsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)5-10+ years of progressive HR experience (title flexible based on experience level)Experience in a high-growth, startup, or small company environment strongly preferred.
