We pride ourselves on building strong relationships with both clients and candidates while delivering reliable, high-quality staffing solutions.What You’ll DoManage cycle of recruiting for temporary and seasonal rolesSource, screen, interview, and place candidates across multiple industriesMaintain ongoing communication with candidates and internal team membersUse ATS and internal systems to track candidates, interviews, and placementsEnsure proper documentation, onboarding, and complianceWork independently while collaborating closely with the RMG internal teamRequired Experience3–5 years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisitionFull-desk recruiting experience (candidate sourcing + client-facing support preferred)Experience recruiting in one or more of the following industries: Hospitality, Events, Logistics/Warehouse, Administrative, Corporate or Skilled RolesStrong written and verbal communication skills in Spanish (required) and English (conversational proficiency acceptable).Comfortable using ATS platforms and Microsoft OfficeWhat We Offer$24/hr + performance-based incentivesFlexible schedule (10–30 hours per week)Hybrid Position, you must visit accounts.
