As a member of our team, you will have the chance to grow and develop your career while making a meaningful impact on the lives of our members and guests.ResponsibilitiesGreet customers by name and with enthusiasmPromote the benefits of IR Saunas and the value of having a Perspire Sauna Studio MembershipUnderstand and speak to the science, technology, and benefits of IR sauna, chromotherapy, and Red Light therapySell memberships in a commission-based atmosphereUse our software to manage appointments and make sales. MIndBody software experience is a plus!Accommodate members, making them feel relaxed and welcomeAdminister studio tours for new guestsAnswer all questions about services and the facilityProvide consistent, top-notch customer serviceMaintain clean facility and studio appearanceAssist with turnover/cleaning of individual sauna roomsMaintain and organize the facility's towel supply areaAssist with administrative duties such as database entry and membership assistanceShift/Hours Availability: Part-time 15 - 25 hours/weekOpening 6:30am-11:30amMid-day 11:30am-4:30pmWeekends am or pmQualificationsA genuine desire to promote positivity and provide exceptional serviceA consistently awesome team-player attitudeA verifiable history of excellent attendance and prior sales experience4 weekend shifts per monthCompany OverviewPerspire is the original Infrared Sauna Studio!
