Responsibilities Assist skilled plumbers in diagnosing and repairing plumbing issues in residential settings Support the installation, testing, and maintenance of plumbing systems and fixtures Ensure all work is performed safely and in compliance with company standards Attend accredited classes and accumulate hours toward obtaining a journeyman license Maintain tools, equipment, and work vehicles in good condition Contribute to a positive team environment and uphold the company’s commitment to customer satisfaction Qualifications Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Mechanically inclined and comfortable working with tools Willingness to be available for on-call hours as needed Ability to crawl, lift, and perform physical tasks as required Strong desire to learn new skills and grow within the trade Dependable, reliable, and able to work effectively as part of a team Previous plumbing experience is a plus, but not required Compensation $18 to $20 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
