Faculty Relations Specialist II
To support faculty recruitment and onboarding, the temporary, full-time Faculty Relations Specialist II will process approvals for adjunct and full-time faculty, coordinate teaching requests, and audit faculty records while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
Coordinate the posting and management of faculty positions, including candidate workflow and onboarding activities
Assist with the approval process for teaching requests and maintain accurate faculty records across systems
Run reports to audit faculty time entries and ensure compliance with payroll processes
Required qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
Minimum two years of experience in customer service, human resources, or administrative services
Demonstrated ability to perform Faculty Relations Specialist I duties
Familiarity with database systems and advanced Excel skills for reporting
Previous experience in higher education and knowledge of university policies is desirable
