As a Front of House (FOH) Server at Denny's, you play a key role in creating a positive dining experience for every guest. From greeting and guiding guests through the menu to recommending specials and inviting them to join our Rewards Program, your focus is on attentive service, accuracy, and guest satisfaction. This position combines hospitality with sales skills, ensuring guests feel welcome while enjoying the best value from their visit. What You'll Do:Welcome guests and provide attentive service throughout their visit Take orders accurately and relay them clearly to the kitchen Deliver food and beverages promptly and correctly Use upselling skills to recommend specials, combos, and popular menu items Ask guiding questions to help guests make selections (e.g., "Would you like to add a side or upgrade to a combo?")
