Machinist - 2nd Shift

Shift: 3:00pm - 11:00pm Monday - Friday What you will do as a MachinistConsistent proficiency in setting up and effectively operating a multitude of CNC and Conventional machines such as Mills, Lathes, Grinders etc., while effectively maintaining the specified print tolerances notedCalculate and set machine controls to regulate machining repeatability such as speeds, feeds, overrides. The ability to enter command codes to retrieve machine data for program restarts and alarmsRead and interpret STERIS blueprints, Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) includingUse precision measuring devices, gages, instruments to thoroughly inspect and insure that parts meet the print tolerances and in process dimensionsRemain safety conscious at all times, wearing all the required safety equipment for your work area.
