The Vitality Assistant (Activity Assistant) in Memory Care at Cherrywood Village supports whole-person wellness by encouraging participation in campus events and activities. This position assists with activities that enrich the mind, body, and spirit. Communicates the Vitality philosophy and the benefits of participating to staff and residents both verbally and by example. Complies with federal, state, and local regulations. Minimum 1-year related experience in activities and/or wellness with older adults, preferably in the senior housing industry. Current CPR certification, or to be completed within 30 days of hire.
