You should be friendly and attentive but not too overbearing - just enough to make sure everyone has an unforgettable experience!As a Game Master you'll:Have fun every day!Be part of a teamGreet guests and give an exciting introduction to their experienceRun games for guestsGive helpful clues and cues when guests ask for helpCelebrate wins with guests and remain positive and encouraging regardless of their escape successHelp to create lasting memories with groupsReset rooms for the next escape artistsSpeak with guests in-person and over the phonePerform other day-to-day functions as directed by the General ManagerYou're a good fit if you have these qualities:Love puzzles, riddles, and/or escape roomsProblem solving skillsEffective communication skills (can articulate yourself well)Basic technology skills (computer skills, emailing, etc.)Dependable and respectfulCan sit for extended periods of time and focus for up to an hour at a timeCan lift 30 lbs., reach, squat, kneel, climb a ladder, etc.Starting Pay - $12.00 - $13.00 hourlyBreakout Operations LLC provides a real-life escape room adventure for small groups. We are based in Lexington, Kentucky. Our business model is simple provide a great environment for a group of friends, family, or coworkers to escape from the room before time runs out. This includes solving puzzles, cracking codes, finding hidden items, and more in order to escape.
