We’re a tight-knit group looking for a real team player.About The TeamThe Customer Success Team is currently seeking a Project Coordinator to work at one of our manufacturing locations.The Sales Team consists of Specification Advisors, Project Advisors and Estimators. The Project Coordinators work together with Sales and Production to coordinate, and process all orders, large and small, simple and complex.About The RoleAs a Project Coordinator, you’ll support the sales team and customers in a designated territory. You’ll provide coordination between clients, production, accounting, and sales teams through the timely exchange of information and resolution of requests, via telephone, email, CRM programs, and mail. You’ll work directly with clients, including landscape architects and designers, general contractors, and our national distributor network. You’ll be based in one of our manufacturing locations (Union City, CA, Fontana, CA, Los Angeles, CA or Port Orchard, WA) and you’ll be required to travel occasionally to our other facilities. You’ll have a direct hand in accomplishing our #1 goal – a successful project in every way.Essential Duties And ResponsibilitiesProject SupportOrder Entry & Order Confirmation (finishes, samples etc.) Approval Verification Leadtime Coordination with Production Group Communicate Order Status updates Coordinates payment and enforces agreed payment terms Coordinate Delivery & Tracking, including Coordination of unusual freight arrangements, follow up. Respond to escalated issues that may impede project delivery and timelines Provide Delivery Notifications Respond to inquiries in a timely mannerProvide Pricing, Availability / Inventory as neededProvide and ask for finish options Process Product returns and exchanges Log information from client contacts in Salesforce CRM Review of basic submittalsContinuous Product Knowledge TrainingWork closely with Accounting, Project Managers, and Operations to ensure order accuracy, timely delivery and customer satisfactionNecessary SkillsExcellent communication skills, both oral and written – willing to spend time on the phoneAbility to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectivelyExcellent interpersonal skills to create positive interactions with customers and team membersAbility to think quick, research and troubleshoot to provide resolutions to customersExperience managing heavy call and email volume dailyExperience with Salesforce CRM preferredAbility to remain calm and in control, even when under pressureWillingness to build relationship(s) with customersRegular attendance is criticalPhysical DemandsSedentary work. The pay range for this position is $25 - $32 per hour.
