JOB DESCRIPTION: Life & Financial Services - Education-Focused Role Position Overview: We are seeking licensed life insurance professionals, as well as individuals currently in the licensing process, who are interested in a flexible, fully remote role focused on education and client support. This opportunity is designed for professionals who enjoy structured conversations, helping individuals and families better understand financial-readiness and protection concepts, and working within a supportive, long-term environment rather than high-pressure or transactional sales settings. Key Responsibilities: Support educational conversations related to protection and planning concepts • Participate in scheduled client discussions and informational overviews • Help individuals understand options and next steps without pressure • Collaborate with a support team for coordination and follow-up • Maintain professional, compliant communication in a remote setting Participation Options: Licensed Path: Participate more directly in client education and case support • In-Progress Path: Engage while completing required licensing with guidance What Is Provided: Fully remote structure • Structured onboarding and training • Ongoing professional development and guidance • Clear processes and support systems • Flexible participation levels • Mentorship and peer collaboration Optional Licensed Agent Training Access: Licensed professionals may also access optional evening training sessions led by experienced industry professionals.
