Electronics Assembly Technician I- Hands-On Manufacturing Role \$17.50\$23.00/hr \| Full-Time\| M-F 8:00am-4:30pm Overview The ElectronicsAssembly Technician I is a non-exempt position that reports to theElectronics Management Team. The Electronics Assembly Technician I isresponsible for assembling and testing full assembly and individual subassembly parts for Charm Sciences equipment. The pay range for thisposition is \$17.50 to \$23.00 per hour. Compensation will be determinedbased on education, experience, and other factors in accordance withApplicable Laws. Essential Functions Assemble Electronic Hardwareutilizing hand tools and power tools. Perform testing and calibration ofelectronic assemblies and sub-assemblies using various meters andmeasuring devices. Perform precision cleaning and preparation ofcomponents for assembly/usage in subsystems or end product. Must followdetailed wiring diagrams and work instructions to properly assembleCharm Electronic test instruments and analyzers. Inspect and verifycompleted assemblies following test procedure documentation. Maintain aclean and clutter free workspace and keep equipment organized toIncrease Production Efficiency. Knowledge, Skills & AbilitiesRequired: High school diploma and 2 years relevant certificate oftraining or 2+ years relevant experience in Electronics Assembly.Understanding of Microsoft Office programs. Ability to communicate inwritten and verbal form. Ability to read and interpret drawings, partslists, cable diagrams and workmanship procedures. Electro-Mechanicalassembly skills. Preferred: 1 3 years GMP/GLP experience. Ability togive and receive feedback. Self-Motivated. Strong interpersonal skills,diligent and dependable. Ability to hand solder and wire electricalcomponents, and crimping. Physical Requirements: While performing theduties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk, hear,and use fine motor skills. The employee is frequently required to stand,walk, sit, and reach. Must be able to lift/carry up to 50 pounds. Theemployee is occasionally required to bend, kneel, squat, and lift. Ableto remain stationary for an extended length of time. Ability to read,write and interpret information. Able to visually inspect parts fordefects. Exposure to compressed air blast under 80dB.
