Service Technician & MechanicALL Crane Service, LLCIndependence, OH 44131Position SummaryALL Crane Service, located in Independence, OH is seeking a heavy duty Service Technician & Mechanic. This is a full-time, non-exempt position with comprehensive benefits package. This position is eligible for a $300 sign-on bonus after 100 days of continuous, successful employment.Essential FunctionsResponsible for troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and repair on all makes of heavy duty trailersDiagnose, repair, adjust, and modify components as neededReads, understands and interprets operating manuals, parts manuals, blueprints and technical drawingsPositive interface with service writers, supervisor, parts department and customersPrepare proper documentation of actions takenMaintain conformity to safety requirements and other regulationsSkills and Experience RequirementsExperience performing DOT annual trailer inspections is a plusMust have a valid driver's license with an acceptable MVRStrong initiative required; ability to work independently with minimal direct supervisionMust have basic set of mechanic's hand toolsExperience using a cutting torch and welder is a plus but not requiredAbility to work safely around moving machinery; to work in conditions with marked changes in temperature & humidityAble to lift 50 lbsBenefitsCompetitive wages.Paid Time Off and Holidays.Comprehensive Benefits Plans (Medical, Dental, Life and Disability Insurance).401(k) retirement plan with company match.ALL Crane Family of CompaniesThe ALL Family of Companies and its affiliated branches are Equal Opportunity Employers with competitive wage and benefits packages in a drug-free environment.
