Biomedical Technician

Job Description Biomedical TechnicianScottsdale, AZM-F 8 am to 5pm (hours may flex, come in early or stay late)Position Description:Under general supervision from the Administrator, the Biomedical Technician will be responsible for implementing preventative maintenance, electrical safety and performance testing, and bench and field service repairs on most medical electronic equipment. Assists in and occasionally coordinates equipment installations/project work with supervisory technicians. Participates in training lower-level technicians. Provides in-service to clinical staff on most medical equipment.Minimum QualificationsEducation: An Associate’s degree from an accredited college or vocational or specialized training in biomedical or electronic engineering.Experience: At least 6 months of experience post graduation. Certified Biomed Associate tech.
