We’re Hiring: Account Director – IT Services (Media & Entertainment Domain)Location: Los Angeles, CA (Preferred) / New JerseyRole Type: Full Time | Client Facing | Strategic Sales & Account LeadershipWe are looking for a highly experienced Account Director with strong expertise in IT Services Sales within the Media & Entertainment industry, along with hands-on exposure to AI/ML and Generative AI solution selling.This role is ideal for someone with a strong hunter mindset, deep media industry relationships, and proven success driving strategic account growth and new business acquisition.Key Responsibilities:✔ Drive growth across strategic media accounts✔ Lead new logo acquisition across OTT, Broadcast, Publishing, Sports, Advertising & Digital Media✔ Sell AI/ML & Generative AI solutions focused on:• Content Automation• Metadata Enrichment• Personalization & Recommendations• Ad Optimization• Measurement & Attribution✔ Build strong C-level relationships✔ Lead GTM initiatives for Media verticals✔ Manage commercials, governance, SLAs & strategic delivery oversight✔ Collaborate with solution architects, delivery, and leadership teamsRequired Experience:✅ 10+ years in IT Services Sales / Account Management✅ Strong Media & Entertainment domain expertise✅ Experience selling AI/ML or Generative AI solutions✅ Proven track record managing and growing strategic enterprise accounts✅ Strong understanding of digital transformation & media workflows
