Salary:Customer Operations Account Manager Fort WorthAbout American Diamond LogisticsAmerican Diamond Logistics (ADL) is a fully licensed domestic and international 3PL specializing in FTL, LTL, flatbed, refrigerated, open deck, intermodal, and drayage.Weve built our business by getting back to the basics - treating people the right way and executing at a high level on every shipment, supported by a growing tech stack.As we expand, were building a team that operates with urgency, accountability, and aWhatever it Takesmentality to deliver for our customers.The OpportunityThis is not a traditional sales-driven Account Manager role.This is acustomer operationsfocused positionresponsible for owning the day-to-day execution, service experience, and ongoing support of key accounts.As a foundational hire in ADLs expansion, youll work directly alongside leadership to help build the operational backbone of the division - ensuring our customers receive consistent, high-level service while supporting long-term account growth.Youll be the bridge between the customer and internal teams, stepping in wherever needed to keep freight moving and relationships strong.If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, take pride in execution, and dont hesitate to roll up your sleeves when things get challenging, this role offers significant upside and career growth.What Youll OwnServe as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, owning day-to-day communication and service executionPartner with Sales to support and maintain a portfolio of key customersBuild and maintain relationships across multiple levels within customer organizationsMaintain strong visibility into daily shipment activity and proactively address service issuesStep into execution when needed to ensure loads are covered and service commitments are metWork cross-functionally with operations to establish and maintain SOPs and customer-specific KPIsSupport the bid lifecycle including RFPs, pricing coordination, and contract implementationIdentify service gaps, process improvements, and opportunities to strengthen customer relationshipsContribute to building scalable processes and best practices as the ADL Organization growsWhat Were Looking For35+ years of experience in transportation/logistics (3PL experience strongly preferred)Strong operational understanding of how freight moves (not just customer-facing experience)Proven ability to manage bothcustomer relationships and execution responsibilitiesHighly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentStrong problem-solving skills and ability to stay composed under pressureExcellent communication skills - clear, responsive, and solution-orientedSelf-starter with a strong sense of urgency and accountabilityComfortable operating in an evolving, build-from-scratch environmentProficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel required)Bachelors degree preferredWhy This RoleDirect exposure to leadership and real-time decision-makingAbility to shape service standards, processes, and customer experienceClear path for growth as the office scalesCompetitive base salary with long-term upsideLocationOn Site in N Fort Worth, Tx 76177
