Salesforce Developer - nCino / Commercial Lending 6-month Contract-to-Hire (W2 only) 5 days on site in Morristown, NJ We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer with experience in nCino to support and enhance commercial lending solutions within a banking environment. This role combines hands-on nCino development, Salesforce administration, and business process optimization to support the full commercial lending lifecycle. Responsibilities:Maintain, enhance, and support nCino functionality for commercial lending operationsCollaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutionsConfigure and customize nCino and Salesforce features to meet business needsBuild and maintain automation using Salesforce Flows, approval processes, and assignment rulesEnsure data integrity, security, and platform performance across Salesforce and nCinoTroubleshoot issues, provide ongoing support, and identify opportunities for platform improvementsCreate and maintain technical documentation, configurations, and best practices Requirements:5-7+ years of nCino platform experience5-7+ years of Salesforce Administration and/or Development experienceStrong understanding of commercial lending processes and loan lifecycle managementExperience with Salesforce security models, roles, profiles, permissions, and data managementKnowledge of Financial Services Cloud (FSC)Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Required Certifications:nCino Certified System AdministratornCino Developer CertificationSalesforce Certified Administrator (SCA)Salesforce Platform Developer I Preferred:Salesforce Advanced AdministratorSalesforce Platform Developer IIExperience in banking, lending, or financial services environmentsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, MIS, or a related field
