Responsibilities Supervise children during before-school and after-school hours, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times Lead engaging youth group activities, including arts and crafts, games, outdoor play, and educational projects Implement behavior management strategies to promote positive conduct and social interaction among children Maintain a safe environment by adhering to first aid protocols, CPR procedures, and emergency response guidelines Support children with special needs or individualized education plans (IEPs), applying inclusive teaching techniques Collaborate with team members to plan and execute age-appropriate programming that fosters childhood development Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding children's progress and any concerns that arise Join us to inspire young minds through energetic engagement and dedicated care!
