A company is looking for a Senior Corporate Counsel to support its governance framework across a complex corporate structure. Key Responsibilities Support governance across a portfolio of entities, ensuring compliance with laws and internal standards Assist in preparing board and committee materials, including resolutions and governance documentation Oversee the formation and maintenance of legal entities across multiple jurisdictions Qualifications & Experience 8+ years of experience in corporate governance and corporate law Experience with complex governance structures, including partnerships and joint ventures Proficiency in preparing and managing board materials and governance documentation Strong understanding of corporate governance frameworks in multinational organizations Experience with mergers and acquisitions or post-transaction governance integration is a plus
