With a heightened focus on business development and revenue generation, this role is crucial for securing new client partnerships in an evolving economic landscape.You will be on the front lines, proactively conducting outreach, qualifying leads, and setting appointments for our sales team.This is a full-time, remote position with astrict set scheduleof 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (in your local time zone).What Success Looks LikeDaily Activity Expectations:30-60 outbound cold calls10-30 personalized cold email campaignsTarget: Minimum 6 quality client connects per weekMeet or exceed monthly sales quotaYou're the Right Fit If You:Are a self-starter who takes initiative without constant directionThink two steps ahead and anticipate what needs to happen nextMove quickly and decisively-no analysis paralysisAre comfortable with rejection and maintain momentumCan build rapport quickly over the phoneAre motivated by numbers, targets, and winningPrimary ResponsibilitiesNew Business Development (Primary Focus):Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting via phone and email to generate new client accountsQualify inbound leads and convert them into sales opportunitiesResearch target markets and identify decision-makers at prospective companiesBuild and maintain a robust sales pipeline in our CRM systemSchedule appointments and demos for senior sales teamNegotiate and close deals when appropriateTrack all activities and maintain accurate CRM recordsLight Recruiting Support (Secondary):Occasional candidate sourcing for high-priority positionsBasic resume screening when needed to support team during peak timesRequired QualificationsFluent in Japanese and English(both written and verbal)Comfortable making 30+ cold calls daily without hesitationStrong phone presence and persuasive communication skillsSelf-directed work style-you manage your own time and prioritiesHigh energy, competitive nature, and quota-driven mindsetAbility to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervisionReliable home office setup with strong internet connectionDemonstrated ability to adhere to astrict remote work scheduleand maintain high activity levelsBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related fieldPreferred QualificationsProven track record in sales, business development, or lead generationExperience in staffing, recruiting, or B2B services salesFamiliarity with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)What We're NOT Looking ForThis role requires someone who can operate with autonomy and speed.
